In addition to Raz Kids, students now have another online reading platform – EPIC – that they can access to find a variety of books to read online.

What is EPIC?

• Free in-person & remote classroom access to thousands of high-quality books & videos from 7 am–4 pm Monday through Friday.
• Tons of grade-specific, high-interest topics across languages & genres.
• The right books at the right level—plus extra support with tools like Read-To-Me and Dictionary Lookup.
• Available on iPads, iPhones and Android devices, and on any computer, including Chromebooks.

I have created an Epic account for all of my students.  Instructions on how to log in to EPIC are being sent home in a flyer with the students. I will also post the flyer and the class code in Google Classroom.

Keep students learning after school for free:

EPIC FREE supports daily reading habits by providing students with free access to select books for up to 2 hours each week outside of school hours. Epic Free is available after 4 pm, Monday through Friday and on weekends. Please read the flyer that is being sent home for more information on how to sign up for EPIC FREE.
