On Friday, Sept. 27th, all classes in grades 1-6 from WEJ will board the busses and head towards the grassy fields of Carp for the WORLD’s BEST FAIR!! This year is the CARP FAIR‘s 150th Anniversary, so it should be a great day at this amazing country event. This field trip ties into many of the social studies and science curriculums in the primary and junior grades and allows our city students to dive into the rural life! The cost of this trip is $5.00 for the students. The permission forms were sent home today. Please return the form and the $5.00 as soon as possible (by next Wed. if possible). Thank-you. The primary students will be leaving W.E.J. at 10:15am and returning to the school at 2:30pm on that Friday. If you would like to come with us, please indicate your interest on your child’s permission form.
