This Friday, the students will be personalizing their very special writer’s notebooks in order to make them their own. These renovated notebooks will become a place for students to “grow” ideas and develop their writer’s craft. Please help your child find items that can be used to decorate the front and back covers (e.g. family photos, magazine pictures, etc.). I shared with them my writer’s notebook as an example (you can see it below as well). Please have your child bring in these pictures by Friday of this week. If you have any extra magazines or flyers, please send them in over the remainder of this week. The students can look through these as well on Friday to find any additional photos. Thanks so much!
